How do I book a homestay on HomeAtHills?
Booking a homestay is easy! Simply search for your desired destination, browse through available homestays, select your preferred dates and room type, fill in guest details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email instantly.
Can I modify or change my booking dates?
Yes, you can modify your booking dates subject to availability. Please contact our support team at least 7 days before your check-in date. Date change fees may apply depending on the property's policy.
Is there any age restriction for booking?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid government ID proof is required at check-in.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and digital wallets. EMI options are also available on select cards.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely! Our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your financial information. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do I need to pay full amount in advance?

Will I get a full refund if I cancel?
Full refund is applicable only if you cancel within the free cancellation window (usually 7+ days before check-in). Partial refunds may apply for later cancellations. Some special offer bookings may be non-refundable. Please read the cancellation policy carefully.

What ID proofs are required at check-in?

What happens if the host cancels my booking?
If a host cancels your booking, we will notify you immediately and help you find an alternative property. You will receive a full refund, and we may offer travel credits as compensation for the inconvenience.
